May 2019 – Proposed completion of RFU 3g Artificial turf pitch

March 2019 – Proposed start date for RFU construction of 3g Artificial turf pitch

March 2019 – proposed date for roundabouts and cycle path completion

February 2019 – Club AGM, potential decisions around landswap behind Bannister park, facilities management of RFU pitch, and lease on Hardmoor.

February 2019 – Trojans host Hampshire Open professional squash tournament

January 2019 – Nigel Owens referees Ben Smith memorial game in aid of Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY)

January 2019 – Eastleigh BC begin total overhaul of Hardmoor playing fields

January 2019 – Club website overhauled to provide more information to member and guests about forthcoming developments

January 2019 – Club begins using new bank account, with new VAT number and XERO accounting software to enable the HMRC move to digital banking.

January 2019 – Club TUPE’s staff to new organisation

January 2019 – RFU receive final planning permission approval from Test Valley Borough Council

January 2019 – Land under marquee scarified, fertilised and seeded within 1 week of removal

December 2018 – First meeting of directors of board of Trojans club ltd

December 2018 – New ‘Anglepoise’ lights fitted in bar

December 2018 – Squash courts 5 & 6 refloored

December 2018 – Confirmation from land registry that all assets have been transferred

December 2018 – First people move into housing on land north of Chesnutt avenue

December 2018 – 10,000 people use site as host as ‘best parties’ Christmas events

November 2018 – Bar menu updated to provide regular monthly communication with Members

November 2018 – Ian Basset has well deserved birthday drink in refurbished bar. Weekly profits go up.

November 2018 – Speaker added to TV in main bar

November 2018 – Committee room re-decorated, and new furniture installed

October 2018 – Chris Moore offered and accepts permanent position as club and careering manager

October 2018 – Land and assets signed over to new organisation by trustees

September 2018 – Ian Basset refurbishes main foyer

September 2018 – Ian Basset begins building new bar furniture

August 2018 – Club registers Trojans Club Ltd at companies house

July 2018 – Club agree to become incorporated at Special General Meeting
